During the testing phase, we're going to be trying on some features to see how they fit. One of the primary goals of setting up the Dream Colony was to give each member a page that they could show off to other people - a compact kind of home page that looks good and presents what they'd like to present. The current setup for doing this is by way of the profile pages, which you can reach by clicking the appropriate link on the "Colonists" menu. When properly set up, it will show your personal info and statement, blog, a sampling from your portfolio and a link to contact you. All of which is great, but what it lacks is customization.

Which is where My Dream Colony comes in. I'm currently testing and setting up some potentially very exciting software that will let every user set up their own page, add content as they like, choose colors, layouts, the works. At the moment, it still needs some work, but I'm making it available to everyone to play with and try out.
