The last of four images has been posted that make up my four Glen Tarrow illustrations. The Needle's Eye: Journey to Glen Tarrow is a project initiated in the FIT MA program that I undertook in the last two years. This is an original story with a large body of visual work behind it, that I am approaching in the tradition of a "Golden Age" book. Books produced from 1890 into the 1920's took advantage of new gains in technology, and the public's genuine appreciation for illustration, to create some of the most beautiful books ever produced.

The Glen Tarrow project aims to capture the union between story and art, and the first four color images from the story are presented here to preview. This new posting—Threading the Needle—is the last here on Dreamcolony, and the third in a series of printed postcards promoting this project.
