Here is a small bit of the news I spoke of in a recent posting- My local Public Library is very supportive of the visual arts, including monthly displays of work by Long Island artists. When I first displayed there, it was the month that I began classes for my MA— August '05. It has taken over three years for my name to rise to the top of the list again, but I am very excited about the upcoming show, and I'm busy working on a number of pieces to support the theme.
